	Loida \| PDA Receptionist A certified Level II Dental Assistant with NDAEB diploma from the University of Western Ontario, Loida is a member of the ODN&AA and CDAA. Loida has extensive Dental Reception and Customer Service background, and a terrific smile that always makes you feel welcome.
	Joy \| Receptionist Joy came to Canada with a B.Sc. in Chemistry. She then enrolled in Career Canada College, and graduated with her Dental Assistant diploma and Dental Office Procedures diploma in 1991. Joy has worked as a dental assistant for 10 years, and is always very helpful and cheerful.
	Milani \| PDA Receptionist Milani graduated from the Level II dental assistant program at Medix School in 2006. Wanting to further her career in the dental field, she is currently finishing up her dental hygiene program at Yorkville College. In her spare time she enjoys reading novels, watching movies and eating (and attempting to cook)!
	Gerry Miller \| Manager The best looking and craziest (only) guy in the office, he has a great sense of humor. (This is required if you work with so many women!) Gerry is the only team member who does not shave his legs. Gerry has his BComm from the University of Calgary and his MBA from the University of Toronto.
